Synopsis: The second phase of AVALORE project encompassed the development of a solution enabling the utilization, in the PT Inovação Company, of the methodology designed in the first phase of the project (AVALORE I). Specifically, an information system was developed to turn automatic the processes of statistical analysis and inquiries to decision agent, the utilization of the methodology was followed at the PT Inovação and that methodology was integrated with the other information systems of the company.
