Over two decades of dedication to cooking at the University of Coimbra

Luís Pimentel is a cook at the canteens of the Social Services of the University of Coimbra (SASUC) since 1999. Cooking entered Luís Pimentel's life by chance. He had never felt any calling for this area until he joined the Social Services of the University of Coimbra (SASUC), where his taste for cooking flourished. More than 20 years have passed since his arrival at the University of Coimbra and the SASUC cook continues to prepare meals with great passion. A passion that was passed on to him by more experienced colleagues, from whom he learnt everything he knows.
