A professional path with doors wide open to help students achieve academic success

Margarida Rodrigues was raised in a family that always debated social inequalities. The concern for other people's living conditions traced the path of the psychologist of the Integration and Counselling Unit of the Social Services of the University of Coimbra (SASUC). Supporting the student community of the University of Coimbra (UC) for 20 years, her daily mission is to help students achieve academic success, a vital step towards pursuing their studies in higher education, especially in cases where they need social support.
