The Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (MSCA) support researchers at all stages of their careers, regardless of age and nationality.
At the University of Coimbra, we believe that by receiving high-quality doctoral researchers through MSCA-IF fellowships and by training UC R&D Units for successful applications, we will strengthen research at UC.
If you are a postdoctoral researcher and are interested in applying for a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship (MSCA-IF) at the University of Coimbra we would be happy to hear from you.
All interested applicants are encouraged to contact directly the Research Units at UC and the respective contact points.
An MSCA-IF can be a great boost to your career if you are looking for a prestigious Fellowship that allows you to pursue your own independent research (learn more here). Applicants should hold a doctoral degree or four years’ full-time research experience, be based in EU member States or Associated Countries and cannot have lived in Portugal for more than 12 months in the last 3 years.
At the University of Coimbra, we are committed to providing you with individualized support for the success of your application.
In addition to the support provided by our R&D units, we offer help in writing the non-technical sections of your application Implementation and impact), a wide range of re-location services once you become a Fellow and competitive conditions to maximize the transfer of knowledge and impact of your research.
