A new artistic installation by Bordalo II may be seen in the façade of the College of Arts. The work reinforces the role of the UC as a space of contemporary artistic creation and a promoter of sustainability issues.  
The official opening  of the Conservation and restoration workshop of the General Library of the UC took place on the 18th of January. The space has been fully refurbished and has brand new equipment.. oficinaBGUC
MIAMIA-Portugal "Ageing Spring School 2022" has applications open. The event will take place in April, bringing together renowned experts to boost translational science projects. Applications are open until the 28th January.
Students are invited to fill in the Pedagogical surveys - available at inforestudante - regarding the 1st semester of the current academic year, until the 26th of January. The results will allow the UC to implement several improvement measures.patio
covidtestThe Clinical Analysis Laboratory of the University of Coimbra is carrying out free testing to COVID-19. The Lab uses rapid antigen tests sponsored by the National Health Service. Anyone interested should schedule their test by phone: 239 240 800.
