	UC Summer University is back. The event, addressed to High-School students, will take place in June, allowing participants to experience academic, cultural and sports environment of the UC and the city. Applications are open.
University of Coimbra project focuses on enhancing the value of “sargaço”. The work aims to develop new biofertilisers and biostimulants for application in agriculture, as well as to evaluate the potential application of bioactive compounds from sargassum in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors.
	UC-3MT Final takes place tomorrow at 2:30 pm at “Convento São Francisco”. The academic competition challenges PhD students to present their thesis in three minutes. Twenty competitors made it to this final.
4th EC2U Forum to be held in April 2022. The 4th European Campus of City-Universities Forum will be hosted by the University of Pavia. Every six months, the Alliance organises the EC2U Forum.
	Solidarity concert with Ukraine at TAGV. Local and national musicians take the stage on the 20th of March at 5pm. Tickets are already available.
“Estudantina Universitária de Coimbra” hosts a Serenade for Peace. The event takes place tomorrow, the 11th of March at 9:30 pm, at Praça 8 de Maio.
	Solidarity campaign in support of the Ukrainian people. The University of Coimbra Workers' Commission promotes a campaign of solidarity, in partnership with the Coimbra Union of Parishes, in order to collect medicines and basic first aid products.
