On April 19 and 20 Coimbra will host the regional World Health Summit Regional Meeting at Convento de São Francisco, with over 20 workshops and four plenary sessions (livestreamed at uc.pt) which wil debate global health issues. Check more information here.

The 11th edition of the Italian Cinema Festival will take place today and tomorrow at TAGV. There are three sessions everyday at 3:30 p.m, 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. 

The Open Day of the Faculty of Economics will take place tomorrow. A welcome session will be held in the morning, together with several sessions about each knowledge area taught in the Faculty. In the afternoon you may attend the Coimbra Summit Innovation Forum, which will be the launch of the final stage of the 5th Economics Olympiad.

Next Saturady we celebrate the UC Alumni Day at 9:30 p.m., at TAGV.

Alta(s) Histórias Soltas is a project that aims to tell six stories about Coimbra uptown in a quite unique way. You just need a smartphone, headphones and an app. 

The PostDoc @ UC initiative will promote a training cycle with the objective of gathering UC Postdocs students and providing important tools in different areas. The sessions are addressed to researchers of the  UC and will take place at the Interdisciplinary Research Institute at Casa Costa Alemão (Campus 2/Polo II). The HINT2018 Award aims to acknowledge and disseminate the best practices in IT. Applications open until May 31 2018.
