UC Global | Issue 89
25 January 2018
A study conducted by Bárbara Gomes, Professor at the Faculty of Medicina of the UC shows that Portugal has a serious need for palliative care for both adults and children.
The opening of the third and last exhibition of the project "Humanity Heritage" - Património de Humanidade - will take place next Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at Campus 3 (Polo III), in a session attended by the UC Rector, who will deliver photographic souvenirs to all the 36 participants in the project. The exhibition may be visited until the 1st March. TAGV will host CineEco, the only Environmental Film Festival in Portugal (30-31 January). The event is a joint organisation of TAGV and the UC Botanical garden and all sessions are free and open to the general public (6:30 and 9:30 p.m.) Since we are mentioning TAGV, we also inform you that the theatre has just entered its third phase of rehabilitation and the occasion will be celebrated with the show "Actores" (Actors), on the 2nd and 3rd February. Tickets for sale at TAGV and online. |
