Mário Augusto Full member
Mário Augusto is currently a Full Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Coimbra (FEUC), where he teaches courses on financial management, calculus and financial instruments, corporate finance, strategic financial decisions, research seminar, data analysis, and related areas, and has supervised several MS and PhD students. At FEUC, he is the coordinator of the Business Administration Department and a member of the Faculty of Economics Assembly. Since 2017, he has been a researcher at the Centre for Business and Economics Research at the University of Coimbra (CeBER). He participated in several course Evaluation Panels from the Higher Education Accreditation and Assessment Agency (A3ES). His research interests include corporate governance, banking, risk management, family firms, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial finance, innovation, and firm value. His publications include several dozens of articles in peer-reviewed international journals, scientific meetings proceedings, and also several books. He participated in several research projects with competitive funding.
