CONFERENCE FEES

Registration fees include conference attendance, coffee breaks, lunch breaks and mid-conference excursions. The workshops, conference dinner and post-conference excursion are optional. For students (Ph.D. and under-/graduate) and professionals, there are two payment options, depending upon membership of the Association for Tree-Ring Research (ATR).

Please note that the Association for Tree-Ring Research offers a limited number of grants to support students, early career and established researchers to participate in TRACE. For all details check the website: https://tree-ring.org/support-and-awards/atr-support/

For those that cannot travel to Portugal but would like to see and participate in the discussion of the presentations, there will be a live-streaming option. You have to register and pay a fee of 50€ for the 3-days conference, and a link with a code will be sent to your email so that you can access the webinar.

Please use the following link for the payment: Loja Virtual UC.PT. Several options will appear for the payment (conference attendance, conference dinner, conference excursion, workshops, webinar). Select the options you want and procede for payment. IMPORTANT: please make sure that you pay the conference fees before the start of the conference.

For those that need an invoice proceed as explained below:

You have to register in "LojaOnline UC", select all the items you want, proceed with the purchase until you define the billing address (your institution), payment mode (bank transfer) and ask for an invoice, and finish your purchase order. You will then receive an automatic email with all the items you have required. The University of Coimbra will send you an invoice so that your institution can make a bank transfer.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the registration fee for non-ATR members does NOT include the annual membership fee for ATR.
