We've opened the call for papers for this year's edition, themed ‘Food Cultures and Ice and Cold Heritage’. This event is open to submissions (communication or poster) specifically focused on food cultures and natural, cultural, material and immaterial heritages that involve the preservation of winter, mountain, ice and cold ecosystems and landscapes.
