Call for Applications – Research Grant Assignment | European Project CONVIVIUM
The University of Coimbra is now accepting applications for one Research Fellowship under the European project CONVIVIUM: New European Bauhaus Solutions in Food, Living Heritage, and Conviviality (ID 101178921 – HORIZON-CL2-2024-HERITAGE-01).

Eligible Applicants: PhD students in the field of Food Heritage, holding a Master’s degree in Food: Sources, Cultures and Identities.
Work Plan / Objectives:
The research work aims to contribute to the development and assessment of the Family Food Heritage solution within the CONVIVIUM project, exploring connections between citizen science, living heritage, food, and conviviality, in line with the principles of the New European Bauhaus.
Main Activities:

Conduct comparative research on Family Food Heritage platforms, analysing user behaviour and stakeholder roles;

Study the concept of living heritage and its related practices;

Participate in focus groups, interviews, workshops, and public events;

Support citizen science facilitation and contribute to project meetings;

Assist in reporting and dissemination activities, particularly related to Task 7.1 (Family Food Heritage) and Task 8.1 (Family Food Heritage – Where the Future Begins), focusing on solution integration and evaluation.
This project contributes to the European effort to promote sustainable and culturally grounded solutions for the future of food and heritage.
