Mateus Habib received the II IGOR DE GARINE Prize 2024

CECH Fellow Researcher Mateus Habib has won the II Igor de Garine Prize, which is awarded to the best postgraduate research work on food and nutrition in the social sciences and humanities.
His dissertation will be published as a digital book by the Alimus series, which belongs to the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), where the Unesco Chair of Food, Culture and Development is located.
