| UC students win diplomas at the Paralympic Games. Telmo Pinão, from the Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education and Diogo Cancela (Faculty of Sciences and Technology), are competing in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. | |
| The Institute for Interdisciplinary Research of the UC launches the Project GendER@UC EEA Grants. The initiative will be presented at the conference "Gender Equal Research", which will take place on the 10th of September at 10am, at the Rectory Auditorium. Registration is free but mandatory. | |
| Workshop: “Sciences and Technologies for Space – a ground up overview". The online event takes place from the 13th to the 17th September and brings together members of the higher education partners of the strategic GeopPlaNet-SP Project, among others. | |
| The UC Botanical Garden (JBUC) will host the Summertime Jazz Cycle concerts. Jazz rhythms will be heard in the garden on Saturdays in September. You may check the programme and other info here. |
