SIADAP
The Integrated System of Performance Management and Appraisal in Public Administration (SIADAP), approved in its current wording by Law 66-B/2007 of 28 December, aims to contribute to the improvement of the performance and quality of the public administration services, as well as to improve the coherence and cohesion of services, managers and other employees, professional motivation and skills development.
The aforementioned law applies to the services of the direct and indirect State administration, as well as to the services of the regional autonomous administration and local administration, with all due adjustments, in particular with regard to the powers of the relevant bodies.
SIADAP integrates three components/subsystems:
- Subsystem for the Performance Appraisal of Public Administration Services (SIADAP 1);
- Subsystem for the Performance Appraisal of Public Administration Managers (SIADAP 2);
- Subsystem for the Performance Appraisal of Public Administration Employees (SIADAP 3)
