 | Study assesses the impact of electronic devices on Portuguese children's sleep: the research, which used data from 8,430 children aged between 3 and 10 years old, from private and public schools in the cities of Porto, Coimbra and Lisbon, reveals that the electronic devices available at home, especially in the bedroom, have significantly decreased children's sleep time.
