The Energy Virtual Experience – EVEx is a pioneering and innovative event in the Energy field, which will be held completely online and live, from the 23rd to the 27th of November 2020. 4 different professional and scientific experiences will be provided concerning primarily the following question: how to (re)accelerate the Ibero-American Energy Transition in a post-COVID-19 world?

The idea is to (re)connect the main sector agents in the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America, in search of sustainable answers to the aforementioned question, based on the development of the “new normal” concept in the energy sector.

“The EfS Initiative and the INESC-Coimbra and the University of Coimbra invite the academic community and inform that the call for abstracts is open for presentation of scientific articles and projects in the energy area at the Energy Virtual Experience - EVEx 2020, to be held from 23 to 27 November, completely online and live.

Abstracts, with a maximum of 500 words, must be sent until the end of October 28, 2020, according to themes and guidelines available on the event website (www.evex2020.com).

As written versions of approved works / projects duly presented during the event, they can be sent until the end of January 30, 2021, for publication (European ISBN).

EfS / INESC / University of Coimbra students, researchers and teachers will have a 10% discount on EVEx 2020 registration fees.

This is the largest Ibero-American event for the post-Pandemic Energy Transition. A unique opportunity for dialogue and interaction with the main agents of energy markets in the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America.
