| When is the deadline to request your PhD Formal Diploma so that you can receive it in the Ceremony of a certain year? |
If you
meet the aforementioned requirements to take part in the Ceremony on 1st March
of a certain year, you have to make your request until the date annually published
on this webpage and communicated by means of InforEstudante. Usually this date is published until the end of December of the year in which the PhD Degree is obtained. | |
| What are the options regarding PhD Formal Diploma formats? |
The PhD Formal Diploma, as the Master and Bachelor’s Diplomas has two versions/models in the UC: - basic version (€ 150) | |
| How long does it take to receive the PhD Formal Diploma? |
| Due to their characteristics, such as the text in Latin and a production that includes other features, the delivery of the PhD Formal Diplomas is never immediate and it takes predictably between 3 and 6 months to be delivered. | |
| You have not requested your PhD Formal Diploma. Is there still time to receive it during the ceremony? |
| | If you have not requested your PhD Formal Diploma and want to receive it during the ceremony, you should request it as soon as possible within the deadline established annually (between 15th and 31st December). |
