[1] The period from 8th to 12th September is aimed to cross cutting training, and integration and welcoming activities for students, in accordance with article no. 99 of the Academic Regulation (RAUC).
[2] The Extraordinary Examination Period, that takes place in October and March in the academic year, is aimed at the assessment of students who benefit from the Statuses provided for in the academic regulation (RAUC) applicable to this examination period.
[3] The suspension of classes and assessments due to the "Latada" applies only to the Bachelor's and Integrated Master's Degree Courses, and each Organisational Unit (OU) must establish the best way to reset the classes scheduled for this period.
[4] The special examination period of the Faculty of Law takes place in September (no. 7 of article no. 99 of the Academic Regulation (RAUC).
[5] The Tenure Exams held outside this period may be authorised by the Rector, by means of an adequate justification.
* This academic calendar is not applied to the Nursing School of Coimbra which will keep its own academic calendar in the 2025/2026 academic year, except for the PhD in Nursing.
** The dates established for the Suspension of classes due to the student festivity Latada and the Imposition of insignia is still subject to confirmation.
