Registration beyond the Normal Deadline ?
| How to register beyond the normal deadline? | |
If the normal registration deadline has already passed:
At the end of the 30 days beyond the normal deadline, the registration becomes subject to the submission of an exceptional request by means of the payment of a fee of €50, and the decision is requested from the Faculty’s bodies. It should be noted that the payment of the fee does not ensure the acceptance of the request.
| What if you are waiting for assessments/grades to be released? | |
If
you are
waiting for grades to be released, you can register within the consecutive seven
days after the release date of the last grade, free of any charge, and you will
be notified by means of InforEstudante.
| |
| You accessed InforEstudante and a warning was
shown concerning a registration beyond the deadline, but you managed to
register. If you are already registered, why do you have to pay a fee?
| Although
you are regularly registered for the academic year, the payment of the fee for an
academic procedure carried out beyond the deadline is mandatory. Therefore, a
debt concerning the fee you owe the University was generated, which will
prevent the issuance of any document such as your academic record, completion
certificate or another document.
